For the ‘umpteenth’ time, West Yorkshire Brass are asked to play at Ripon Armed Forces Day.
West Yorkshire Brass Draws in the Audience
At their 2018 concert at Ripon’s Spa Gardens, West Yorkshire Brass members noticed a young lady sitting near the bandstand who appeared to be doing more than just listening to the band.
It wasn’t until she handed a small slip of paper to one of the bandsmen that it became clear exactly what she had been so engrossed in doing.
