HAS IT BEEN AN OLYMPIC YEAR?

It’s only my personal opinion, but I have rated the bands performance at our five 2024 Olympic Year Summer Concerts as follows:-

GOLD MEDAL ~ Crescent Gardens, Filey.
SILVER MEDAL ~ Beaumont Park, Huddersfield.
BRONZE MEDAL ~ Sewerby Hall, Bridlington.

Though all five venues are excellent, it still leaves two non-medalists:-
4th place ~ Roberts Park, Shipley.
5th place ~ Peasholm Park Scarborough.

Ah well ~ Better luck next year!!!
